I'm the one that replaced the pilot assembly. Your guy comes in and vacuums out the bottom of the water heater which I already done also. He wasn't even here a half hour and you're still going to charge me 100 dollars for labor? On top of all that the guy that came out was a hour late. Oh... and the pilot light is still doing the same damn thing it was before he came. So he didn't fix anything. Way to run your business.
