They sent an email with particulars about a case I am struggling with regarding a child to my work email address. This email address is not for personal matters. Work email address was never provided to the firm, they had an alternative email to send to and decided to send to my work. Have asked why this has happened and it has been completely ignored. Completely unprofessional.
