Appraiser was professional, caring and fair.
Bill Mannion was very kind and very quick in doing the appraisal for my parents' house. I spoke to him on a Thursday and had the appraisal the following Monday! I appreciated how he was able to send the appraisal through my email account, rather than giving me 16 pages of paper. It made it very easy to forward. I highly recommend using Bill Mannion for any type of an appraisal!
