This is a family run business, and they treat your house as if they were working on their own. Gary was very prompt to come out and look at my brick issues, which were several. (deciding whether to brick in a rotted board covering a louver, fixing some brick that had popped out/caved off, and replacing a broken mailbox in a brick column, among other issues.)
