Mann's Jewelers Inc is....lots of BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!! I was looking to spend about 1,000.00 on my wife for x-mas. She wanted jewelry so we went to Mann's. I am so pleased we did, i got the most bang for my buck with xtra left to treat myself to a nice Mann's Swiss Made watch. They negotiated the prices so i could afford all the items. I am so pleased with this store and the service, although our first saleswoman was a crab and somewhat rude. We quickly got rid of her and after that our experience was great.
A class act (at least for watches) Mann's Jewelers is a seriously classy jewelery store in an area where there ought to be one, but you still can't take it as a given. Speaking strictly from a watch buyer's perspective, they're definitely top-tier. An excellent selection of lines, a good range of models displayed within each lines, a knowledgable staff (particularly their manager/buyer), and fine service. Bad customer service My soon to be husband and I purchased a setting for my engagement in May 2008. Helena was wonderful. Unfortunately a prong broke off the setting and I lost a stone within 3 months. They advised me to bring the setting back and they would take care of the problem. They had the same setting in the display case and refused to replace the defective setting with the existing one and told me the only thing I could do is to have them send it back the manufacturer. Jewelry and prices top notch When my soon to be hubby and I walked in, we were greeted at the door with a smile on the their face. The immediately asked what we wanted, and told him matching wedding bands. Soon after he brought out a huge selection of matching wedding bands that sparkled that we could choose from.
