We closed and got our keys to our first home using a VA loan in just 30 days thanks to our loan officer Kim Patterson! We couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. She kept us updated almost daily during the entire process, and was great at educating us on what to expect as first time homebuyers. She worked hard at getting us the best rate for our loan so we were able to stay in our monthly budget for payments. Will definitely recommend her to family/friends!
