Excellent care! Dr Mann and entire staff very caring and helpful! Listens well and answers all questions. Highly recommend.
Dr Mann was to send a prescription over Thursday afternoon and it did not happen. I called That afternoon and was told it should be done by end of Business. I called on Friday morning and left a message in regards to the situation. I received no follow up call by 415 pm and called again since it's almost closing time. I get the voicemail that announces the Dr and assistant would be out of the office after 1pm and the voicemail will not be checked until Monday. Always have a great experience and I am treated fast and efficiently
I came to see Dr. Mann about the increasing pain in my arthritic knees. After reviewing my X-rays, he went over all of my options. Then he recommended starting treatment with some physical therapy visits to teach me some strengthening exercises. My knees already feel much better. I was very pleased with this plan. He is a very kind and caring doctor.
Everything I expected from a competent physician. Very professional and knowledgeable about orthopedic issues!

He is very thorough in finding the issue and discussing treatment options. I read reviews and want to say if the patient engages Dr. Mann he will engage with you. After trying other options we made TOGETHER the decision to have surgery. The surgery was successful and the rehab at Florence was great and like Dr. Mann they (James & Lauren) really worked with me to have the ability to move my hand again. I had appt. This was my first visit, Dr. Mann found the ailment with my hip and took care of it immediately, I had a limp and pain when walking but due to the medical procedure performed by Dr. Mann, the very next day the limp is now gone. I was also prescribed Theraphy to strengthen my joints. Also, the staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Thank you so much DR. MANN !!!
