RecommendedThe most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my life!
Technicians do the majority of the exam but you do see a doctor at the end. Having wore glasses or contacts for over 40 years, I feel confident in the exam. BTW price is great
when I originally made the appointment I told them I wanted to know my cost up front what my insurance covered and what I had to pay they didn't do it when I got there I was told $25 copay then they tried to add $45 plus another expense for special test this is not how you run a business when your customer ask you to give them the information you need up front and they don't do it I have a problem with that
I got my lasik in June 2017 and am very happy with it. I only experience dry eyes when I wake up and it is able to be fixed with eye drops. My only complaint, and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is that I was under the impression that the 1 year follow up was required and included in the $~4000 procedure I had already paid for. The woman I scheduled the appointment with on the phone made the appointment sound like a 1 year lasik post-op appointment, not an $180 annual exam.
