Frustrated and disappointed. This is now the fourth time I’ve had to bring my Ram 2500 diesel in for the same diesel exhaust issue—and I’ve only owned the truck for a year and a half. Most recently, I dropped my truck off and never heard back. No call to let me know the part was in—I had to call them to follow up. Then I was told they couldn’t fix it, so I had to come pick it back up. When I brought it back again, no one called with an update.
