I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this clinic. I first went to the emergency with my dog after he scratched his eye. I asked the nurse if it was urgent or if it could wait until the next morning. I was told that eye issues can deteriorate quickly and that they couldn’t determine the extent of the damage without staining the eye.
