Our pup is now 2.5 years old, when he was younger he got something like conjunctivitis, and we took him to this clinic. To our shock we were told he had a life long eye condition requiring every day eye drops for the rest of his life . What a sentence this would have been. We sought a second opinion and it turned out to be an easily treated infection. It’s a shame we had to pay twice to just get the right diagnosis. It has taken me many nights to truly accept that Minny is gone. I had just baught an 8 week old pup and she was acting weird so i took my 8 week old puppy here in the past and after a quick look over her I was told she had fading puppy syndrome..... so my options were to pay $4000 and they can keep her comfortable for the night ( she wont make it till morning) or i "can put her down now to save money" I knew this wasnt pfs so I walked out ( my sister went back and paid for the appointment) turns out after a second opinion she had hookworm so never again would I trust this vet service.
