Took our cat in for an emergency nail trim after noticing her claw growing into her paw bed, Dr. Oliver was extremely friendly, introduced himself and gave our cat a quick check over picking up on dental issues that had not previously been picked up before even assessing what we came in for, he made the trimming as positive as it could’ve been for our cranky cat and even showed us how and when to trim in the future :-) He even gave her a jab to help her with any possible pain/inflammation. Just wanted to say how wonderful/caring your staff were when I brought an injured Galah in last week. He came into them in a Coles paper bag and I wasn't made to feel foolish for picking him up and taking him in when he fell out of a tree hard! I was given their number to get an update and they said he was recovering the next day and was waiting for a Wildlife Carer to pick him up. Thank you again🪽

Lovely and professional staff, they make you feel at ease. Both times I have been with my senior cat I have been very impressed with the attention and care provided. They also put the animal’s welfare first, and don’t insist on unnecessary and stressful tests. I wish they were closer so they could be my local vet!

I truly cannot recommend this centre enough. My baby was rushed into emergency surgery after an awful incident. They worked tooth and nail to ensure he was safe and stable. I cannot be more grateful. Thank you sincerely to receptionist Kiera, and managers Adrian and Ava/Eva.
