I love my car and my salesman Tom was great too. The 1st salesman told me it was impossible to get the car I wanted and he just walked off. Tom took over and made it happen. After the sales experience, came finance. It was all downhill from there. They were so unorganized and I had to do all the footwork because they dropped the ball.
