Dr. Manlio I trust but his office staff rarely answers the phone and doesn’t contact your primary Dr. office when an updated referral is needed. (It was there and they acted like they didn’t know what they were doing 3-4 ladies?)It’s too bad a good Dr has these issues and it makes clients very disgusted.Especially when they speak Spanish in front of you thinking I don’t know what they are saying.Yes that’s the front desk woman.No hand sanitizer?
TERRIBLE SERVICE! STAY AWAY! On my 1st visit, they had 4 staff members in the room while inspecting my skin condition, without asking me if that was ok with me. Made me feel VERY uncomfortable. Made me feel like a guinea pig. On my 2nd visit, they send me off for blood work. On my 3rd visit, the Dr wasn’t present nor available by phone to speak with me about my blood results. The first thing he said to my wife was your skin is never going to look any better. His staff were all milling around and disinterested in doing their job. We would never go here again.
DO NOT go to Dr. Manlio for any injectable cosmetic treatment. He not only bruised my forehead, he either injected too much Dysport, or placed it in the wrong location, causing my eyelid to droop so much, I can barely open my eye. Never again.
Dr Manlio is very good at taking time and explaining what is needed front desk staff are somewhat of a challenge to deal with
Had no been examined by a dermatologist for an extended period of time. Dr Manlio did only a quick, cursory in under 5 min. NOT WORTH THE VISIT
RecommendedRecommended it! Dr Manlio is very knowledgeable and honest. Unlike other practices, he will not do a procedure just to get your money.
