Angie was truly amazing during our home buying process. She seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and helped us find it quickly. I would text her random questions and she would get answers back to me very quickly. She negotiated for things we didn't even know were negotiable and really helped us get the home we always wanted. She made time in her chaotic schedule to make us feel like we were her top priority. I would highly recommend her!

First and foremost, I would highly recommend Angie VanEman and her amazing team at American Way Realty to anyone looking or buying and selling their home in the Southern Minnesota area! Overall a very competent, knowledgeable and caring agent. You are part of the buying/selling process throughout and she is always readily accessible. I would seek her service again if I had to, Angie was extremely helpful in getting my property sold quickly

She is no-nonsence, freaking amazing agent. Has an excellent eye for home staging and sold our house in only TWO DAYS! I would use her in all my home buying/selling transactions! Very knowledgeable, and very honest!

We had a good experience. Our listing and sale was difficult because it was a 9,000 square foot Bed and Breakfast in a college town. Angie was very honest and helpful whenever we asked for information. She is very honest and helpful. When we were discouraged she encouraged us. She kept us informed and was right there when things got a little confusing. All and all we were very pleased with Angie and her service. She stated she would be there for us and she was. She is a great realtor.

Angie always got back to me immediately even on weekends and holidays. She definitely knows what she's doing! Angie's showing coordinator Bette was also every easy to work with and very accomodating to our needs as far as scheduling showings around our inconvenient work schedule as much as possible. I would highly recommend using Angie as your agent!

What would I have done without Angie?? She was the perfect realtor for me! Her knowledge, directness, availability, patience, honesty and so much more was much appreciated. Possibly the best realtor in the area. Angie answered every phone call or text message as soon as possible. Always willing to make time for us and especially our needs. Once we found the right home she walked us through it with great skill and patience. Buying a home from the listing agent was a little nerve racking go but I believe she handled it extremely well. We would absolutely work with Angie again and would recommend her to anyone buying a home in the Mankato Area. Thanks Angie.
