Angie went above and beyond the call of a realtor to help us get our dream house! She stepped in to help us in an area that most realtors would have left us to struggle and figure out our own. I looked at houses listed online, prices, locations, schools, etc. When i began finding homes i thought id like to see i contacted Angie to be my realtor and set up times to see a couple homes i thought my family might love. Angie went out of her way to help me find the perfect home for my personal lifestyle. She was prompt with getting back to me and cared what home I got and not just the price. She is great at what she does and when I go to sell she will be first person I will call.
Angie made the selling and buying process easy and less stressful for our family. She was quick to get back to us and honest in her approach when answering questions that we had about the many things along the way.
Angie is the go to realtor in Mankato. We were 1st time home buyers and were leary. Angie first met with us to determine what we were looking for in a house. Angie had truly listened to what we had told her as a few days later she had a house to show us that was everything we wanted. However, my husband did not want to show Angie that she nailed it on the head. We spent over an hour looking at this house and Angie waited patiently. Angie is truly an expert at her craft for many reasons. First, her focus is entirely ensuring the people she's representing are taken care of. We saw multiple homes, consumed a good deal of her time, and inevitably decided against a few properties while touring them. Home buying and selling is incredibly stressful. Thankfully we had the best on our team to walk us through the process. Angie maintained constant professionalism and spent a lot of time to go above and beyond for us. Our home was priced just right for the market. She found us a buyer for our home and it was only on the market for five days. She also helped us purchase our forever home, which was not an easy task. We will be forever grateful for all she has done.
Angie helped us purchase our first home. We went with Angie because she is no nonsense, hard working and, well, hilarious. We wanted an agent that could speak to our needs, make us feel comfortable in our decision making, and help us close a good deal on a property that checked our boxes. She did just that. We recommend.
