staff give me the impression that they were holding back information - not impressed. if felt like they were coached on what "not" to say as to "not" implicate the manufacturer or the dealership.
Very Poor service, pushy and overpriced to point of price gouging. Vehicle was brought in for diagnostics, quoted over $2400 (for $300 parts repair that took 3 hours). Vehicle was taken apart before accepting quote.
This dealership tried to push me to buy way more things than necessary. They treated me like I knew nothing.

we've always been happy with the service we received previously but with the last incident, came home with our Blazer only to find out there were two screws/bolts/nuts missing. Thankfully I happened to check and noticed this.
