I had a good experience with the Super Lube Dept changing the oil in my car. The people working were efficient, personable, and listened to my concerns regarding my BMW. Very good customer service. The service writer came to my car as soon as I pulled up and also explained everything to me following the oil change and inspection of my vehicle and remembered to deduct my coupon from the total bill. The two employees worked together well. I will definitely come back for oil changes . Thank you!
It has been good. I just think be a little more consistent from oil change to oil change. (For ex) last oil change, all tires at 5. Everything looks good! Oil change before this oh your tires are 7,6,5,4 wearing uneven may need an alignment. Which way do I go? Prices/cost, honestness are huge figures to what and how I decide on service places. Throw a XL Mankato Motors Pullover or T-Shirt my way and I can do a little advertising. Just saying
