This restaurant is newcomer that reflects the growing diversity of the area. The cuisine is modern, higher end Peruvian cuisine. The ceviche is a nice choice of incredibly fresh, sushi grade seafoods in a flavorful sauce. I was impressed by the staff and owner who were so passionate about the food they serve and eager to explain it to people unfamiliar with the cuisine. The place is a bit noisy and could use some sound abatement but the food is worth it.
