Most unhelpful doctor ever. I’ve ended up in the ER a couple times, most recently with suspected pneumonia confirmed via chest x-ray. The ER asked me to ask my primary to order a CT scan with chest contrast. I asked her and she wants me to make an in-person appointment with her first. She can read my chart, this is unnecessary and will result in delayed care as I try to find an appointment. All she seems to care about is billable hours.
