Very kind, attentive, realistic and encouraging. I will miss her. What I like about her is she engages with you and makes you feel like you are "seen". Many MDs are not like this at all. I never felt rushed or condescended by Dr. BOBBALA, her knowledge and competency are evident in the confident manner she shows when devising a plan for her patients.

I was diagnosed 2 years with stage 4 cancer. Dr Bobbala has been very supportive in my healing though listening to my health concerns and acting on those concerns as well as offering alternative suggestions to complement my conventional treatments. Today much of my cancer is gone and I am happier than I was 2 years ago thanks to the help of Dr Bobbala. I highly recommend her to everyone I know. She also offers later office hours than most doctors.

There are few doctors in the world today who still take the time to 'talk' with their patients, but Dr B is that kind of doctor. She is not rushing you out of her office, as she really wants to know how you really feel. She also does not push medicine on her patients. Sure, if you need meds she prescribe it, but her approach to making her patients healthy is refreshing. I now have her as Primary care for my whole family.

Its safe to stay away from them in not wasting the time and money. The school office suggested me for the TB testing to be done to do volunteering. I called up to the doctor's office and I was told by Ms.Amber(Front office person) that no appointment is needed and I can come there very well by walk in. When I went I was told that appointment is needed . Its waste of time since they do not follow any process. Very disappointed with their service and would never recommend to anyone .

Dr. Bobbala is great! I called the office because i was having and urgent health problem and Katy one of her staff was able to get me in same day! I got in and Dr. Bobbala took care of my health problem . Dr. Bobbala is very caring doctor! I really appreciate how Katy took the time and worked with me to make sure I can see the doctor ASAP. Thank you!!!

I had only been a patient with this practice for about 8 months; I never met Dr Bobbola ... only saw her assistant (who is not an M.D.) Because my insurance group changed recently, I called the office to request my records for my new Dr. I was told that there was a $25. fee. This is unfair and unethical as I had provided the office with all of my previous records when I 1st became a patient. I was seen 2 or 3 times, so it couldn't be too much 'work' to prepare my file for me to pick up.

not sure why all the negative reviews. been going to this doctor for over 1 year and everyone including the front office staff is just amazing, very caring and pleasant. sure, it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of a large office but the staff and the doctor are completely awesome! If i were to make a suggestion, it would be to improve the office phone response but I realize its a small office and we go here for that reason.
