I saw Dr Srivastava for my annual check-up. It was my first visit since I was new to the area. I asked to have the usual labs done ahead to avoid a second visit. Her office refused, saying that she had to see me first. My bill came and was for a new patient visit, which cost me $220. No one ever mentioned that I would be billed for that. My insurance would have paid 100% for the annual physical. She refused to fix it. Not enough room here for inconsistent medical suggestions she gave me.
