Dr. Donelan and his staff were awesome. All of my needs re: skin cancer and other issues were explained thoroughly and taken care of gently, compassionately, and with due care. The office staff, esp in the front, were always very friendly, kind, and caring. I was very fortunate to have Dr. Donelan as my dermatologist. *My review is in the past tense as Dr. Donelan has retired. While everyone eventually gets to this point, I was so sorry to see him go.

Her impersonal and distant approach to her patients only makes the doctor-patient relationships ineffective in the long run. For example, she has not returned multiple requests for personal call backs, or she has an automated response service call me back, has her physician assistant handle your patient affairs and the excuse that she is too busy and as too many patients. It is a sign of over worked doctor in a large corp. Go back to private practice.
