I parked in this parkade for the first time for an appointment at CancerCare. There are NO signs to indicate you must pre-pay or where to do so. There was a sign in the stairwell stating you must know your license plate number so I assumed there would be a pay station at CancerCare, or I would pay at the exit gate. Both of these assumptions were incorrect. I had to walk back and forth between the parkade and CancerCare multiple times (in -30 temperatures) to figure out how and where to pay. They wanted $14.00 an hour to park at the clinic plus another dollar "convenience fee" to use the app to pay online. No wonder this clinic lost all it's doctors.
Nice building pretty much more better than the old one!
