I requested them to send my sons record to another doctor plenty of times. When I went up there to get his records myself the lady was extremely rude. They charged me per page. When I would take my son when he was sick she just told me to rub Vick’s on his chest and he’ll be okay.

My 5 month old had a super rough night last night, cough kept waking her up so i called her doctor this morning when she woke up to see if we could do a walk in (this is her second doctor because the other one didn’t accept walk-ins & was too far) & she literally said NO. She was wrapping it up because she wanted to leave early. LITERALLY LIKE THAT. Baby was in the back coughing and complaining and they said no. This was at 11 in the morning & they close at 5.
