I've been a patient of Dr. Sanon for over 25 years. He's a wonderful dentist with a friendly staff. I always feel confident in his diagnosis and his work. The staff is accommodating and always get me in if I have a problem. Highly recommend!
I was a patient of Dr. Sanon's and left the practice because of the incompetence of his staff when it came to questions about billing. I had two cases of being overcharged significantly (close to $200 each time), The first time was resolved very efficiently (I had proof of my cancelled check). The second one was handled very poorly. One could not hope for a better experience w/ a dental office. In addition to the perfectly pleasant cleaning and check-up, Dr. Sanon expertly diagnosed a seemingly minor problem that, if not addressed, would likely become a far more serious medical problem. He smoothly referred me to a trusted colleague who specializes in complicated root canals, and explained the type of follow-up involved.
Always nice to have a great staff to work on me.
