Short and sweet and mostly timely manner!
Dr Madan and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Everyone appeared to know exactly what they were doing and were comfortable in their roles.
Doctor and staff are top notch. Doctor Madan is kind, gentle, and caring. Trust him with my life.
The Doctor performed a Flexsisigmoidoscopy procedure.
Impatient. Unwilling to answer questions. His recommendation for treatment made no sense. I'd be careful if you had something a bit complicated.
Went to Dr. Madan years back for reflux. Started to have problems with swallowing and after 2 treatments I'm back to normal. I find him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and a very honorable doctor who took my issues very seriously.
Dr Madan was able to accurately diagnose my Irritable Bowel Disease. He was not willing to appropriately treat me. I spent the next year exclusively with the PA, even after being hospitalized due to my IBD. He made several decisions regarding meds that other medical professionals (the team who administered my IV infusion treatments for IBD) involved in my care voiced concern about and explicitly encouraged me to question his decisions. excellent Dr. and his concern was refreshing. I refer all who needs a gastronoligest to call him. He has caring interests in his patience well being. Good Man. 4stars
Dr. Madan does NOT listen to his patients. He thinks he knows more about their bodies than they do. And his bedside manner is terrible. Moreover, when I asked to have my records sent to a different doctor for a second opinion, I was immediately locked out of my patient portal, deleted from their system, and my treatment appointment cancelled--leaving me without treatment! If you want a doctor who listens, this is not him!
