We've been seeing Dr. Shin for a few years, since we moved to the area. Our son is a teen and she has been great with his annual check ups and physicals needed for school. Dr. Shin predicted a growth spurt based on this kids giant joints and she was spot on! He took off like a rocket for the stars soon after. He hasn't stopped growing yet!Anyway, she's always lovely to chat with and very personable.
Office was efficient and professional and maintained a tight schedule which I appreciated.

I’m very satisfied with my eye surgery done by Dr Hanuch. He did an excellent job for my eye procedure. He’s very kind gentleman. At first, I was very worried about the surgery would take long period of time to be healed, but it’s healing faster than what the doctor expected that made me feel very happy and feeing more relaxed after my one-week follow up appt. Dr. Herrmann is compassionate, he LISTENS and offers sound advice and direction. We have always received the best of care at Gates Family Medicine. The staff are always professional yet pleasant and very helpful. I am so grateful to this very competent practice for their care to myself and my family and would strongly recommend them.
This was a very good experience and I was treated exceptionally well by my pre procedure nurses. DR Madan prepared me for the procedure with an easy and pleasant manor which surely helped me relax. He explained everything I asked him and made it completely understandable for me. Excellent Quality Medical Services Provided
Dr. Madan patiently listened to me explain my issues and he asked pertinent follow up questions. He was kind and reassuring during the visit and procedure. He explained the outcome and ordered additional procedures to get a positive result for me. This was not my first visit with him and I will return should the need arise.
