The company is highly recommended. They helped my family ship our container from the US to Luzon door to door. No hidden charges. Very straightforward in communications. Provides a lot af advice and tips from the moment I contacted them. Responds to calls and emails promptly.
Paid $550 for a small package to be delivered by Christmas guaranteed. Started calling on the 20th. Told they would check and call me back. Never called me. Box was not delivered until after Christmas. My gal actually found the warehouse where the box was and bribed the guy to get it for her. I have 2 boxes currently sitting in a warehouse in Manila. I am glad that I used Manila Forwarder in my balikbayan box shipment to my relatives in Makati. I have been using this company since 2001 and I have been relatively satisfied with their service. I have had some minor delays on my packages sometime in 2015 but I learned that it was caused by the US Homeland Security inspections that plagued the balikbayan box shipping industry after the 9/11 incident.
