I really love this place and have always felt comfortable coming here, which is why my experience yesterday was especially disappointing. I’m a woman who has been exhausted from work and dealing with some health issues, so I didn’t have a chance to shave my legs before my pedicure appointment. I felt completely comfortable coming in as I was, but unfortunately, my pedicurist repeatedly pointed out my hairy legs to other employees and drew attention to them. Vy and her team are amazing—they take care of my nails, brows, and waxing, and every visit is consistently professional, welcoming, and relaxing. Rose is also an incredible aesthetician.
