I want to start out by saying I have been a patient of Mani Medical Center for 2 years. I use to love the environment, my doctor and how professional everything was. If you look I’ve posted so many previous post on how amazing this office was. Now, I want to say, stay away from this office, the staff are clueless 98% of the time. I want go lower bc they are trash like not picking up the phone during working hours and staff is rude and unprofessional
This place is a scam. Came here for testing paid my “deductible” they said had to be paid for my insurance it was $98 I knew that wasn’t accu But I paid it anyway as I urgently needed these results. I’m a veteran and I get free healthcare with the VA but due to appointment availability I went to this clinic. After receiving communication that my results were available I called to get information from the doctor, the receptionist told me I had to pay an additional fee to have a “consultation” with the doctor.
