Erica and Serena are a solid team. Erica helped me track down a watch I had my eye on, kept me updated throughout, and set it aside for me on request. In-store, both Erica and Serena were warm, patient, and meticulous in what they do. As a watch enthusiast and budding collector, the experience matters just as much as the timepiece — and the team truly delivered. I can see myself returning for the next addition. I had an awful experience having a family heirloom ring cleaned here. As you can see, this was a beautiful amethyst. It had great sentimental value as I inherited from my great aunt. A week after having it cleaned at Mani, the stone fell out when I was out for dinner. I wore this ring weekly for years before having it cleaned here, and within days of having it cleaned, the amethyst stone came out and was unfortunately lost. It was never loose before.
