My experience at Mani jewellers was great. From the start the whole staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Their guidance helped me a lot to choose the right watch for me. It was my first time there but will definitely be back!

We were staying in Toronto before heading off on vacation, and my husband needed a new battery in his Tag Heuer watch. We walked into the first shop we found on leaving the hotel, and were warmly greeted by Ron at Mani Jewellers. Our experience could not have been better, and we were treated like long-lost friends. Came here to get a Tiffany’s ring resized and asked specifically not to touch the Tiffany’s logo on the most left side of the ring. Confirmed with owner this is possible and they made a note of it but proceeded to polish off the entire Tiffany’s logo which completely depletes the ring’s resale value. Owner offered to re-laser the Tiffany’s logo but I passed on that, and was still charged full price for the resizing. Sean and his team are attentive and helpful and go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. He worked with me on an engagement ring that must have gone over very well considering I came back to sort out the wedding bands which he helped get sorted out in short order. Highly recommend!
