I walked into Mani on a whim and found a watch I've been mildly obsessing over for a while, the Tissot Heritage 1938. They offered me a 10% discount. I went away to think about it over lunch, then came back and did the deal, which included a free replacement strap (which Vidhi, the very nice sales attendant, also installed for me). Service was relaxed and unpressured, and Vidhi answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I'd happily go back again.
