Very disappointing experience. Before bringing in my rings, I spoke with the owner and was verbally quoted approximately $65 per ring for resizing. The rings were brand-new white gold rings that only needed minor size adjustments (0.5 and 0.25 downsize) When I dropped them off, another staff member took my information but never discussed pricing or asked whether I wanted a quote.
