Tram is a perfectionist spending extra time to ensure your manicures and pedicures are done right. Love that her salon is private.

This was one of the most unprofessional service experiences I’ve had. I booked two separate appointments, showed up on time both times, and was left waiting outside the salon while excuses were sent for why she wouldn’t show up. Running a business like this shows zero respect for customers.
