Terrible customer service. I booked and appointment with the Barber Steven the day before. I text him 30min before our scheduled appointment at 12:30pm. He messaged back. Once I got there he was not there. He will not text back now and kept declining calls. I waited for 40 minutes along with another one of his clients.
