I'm a small dealer, brought in 2 cars in an attempt to sell them. One of the vehicles was basically brand new with 20 miles on odometer, and they gave it a 2.6 CR rating with made-up defects like missing parts. It took 3 in-person visits and 6 weeks for them to get scheduled for a Wednesday auction. Brought literal pennies on the dollar. They have never become searchable on the website - no one could see them and add to watchlist. Took vehicles back, what a waste of time.
