Vets don't care! My dog had surgery and when he came home, he had problems. I called the office and none of the doctors called me back. I had to take the dog to another vet for care. They are very, very expensive for their services.
care at MPVH I do not understand the comments made about MPVH. My wife and I have been going to this practice for over twenty (20) years,and have NOTHING bad to say about their services. WE lost our beloved Shetland Sheepdog Shadow appoximately four(4) years ago. The caring they showed us was above and beyond what I would expect from a vet. 10 minute visit, no diagnosis My partner and I took my new rescue kitten for his first vet check up. Before we even got in the room, the nurses were amazing! They talked to us, made us feel welcome and said hi to our boy. Very good first impression until we met the actual doctors. We thought everything was fine until in the office, the vet pulled junk out of our cats ear and went to check it out. He came back, scribbled things down and didn't tell us what it was until I asked. BEWARE! If you love your pet - make another choice! I can not even give this vet 1 star. cold hearted is all that comes to mind when i think of this office and the heart ache we have been through. you trust them as professionals to take good care of your pet, a routine procedure is done and your pet is not the same. no explanations. Wonderful! I just read the review above of Manheim Pike Vets while searching for their phone number, and I felt compelled to respond. I have been going to Manheim Pike Vets for over 9 years. I switched to them after being unsatisfied with 2 other vets, and Manheim Pike were immediately wonderful. I have seen all 3 doctors, and thoroughly trust them all. Their front office staff and vet techs are equally kind and helpful. A few of my pets over the years have had ongoing issues, such as arthritis, blindness or end of life care... read more
RecommendedThe staff and Vets always conduct themselves in a professional and caring manner. The facilities are always clean. And they always approach my pets like they have a personal relationship with them.

My pup Deku needed his annual exam and I had been looking for a new Veterinary Hospital to take him to. I was recommended to come here. There was a noticeable difference in his behavior here, calm and happy! Great staff and great atmosphere. This will be our Veterinary Hospital from now on.
