The front desk staff was great but the vet Beth, had very poor choice of words. She was very unprofessional. She called my dog a douche.....very tacky! That's what Jersey breeds though! My money will be spent at different vet. First and last time there. Dr David Haver set the bar high....miss his professionalism, great character and genuine heart!
The staff at MPVH are so kind, and Dr. Steed was so thorough answering all of my questions about my kitten, Po. I appreciated all of the smiles and kindness, especially being a worried pet mother!
Between my childhood dogs, and my own dogs as an adult, I've been coming to this practice for 30+ years! We can't thank the entire staff enough for the excellent care they have provided to my dogs through all of these years. Thanks, in particular, for the care of Cosmo and his recent surgery!!
Yet once again we get quality care from Dr. Jen!! Our yellow labs ears were bothering her. So off to see Dr. Jen. Not only did we have a successful visit with Riley, Dr. Jen made sure she got a lot of kisses during the exam.
My labernease, Maci, was very sketchy and did not like to be approached by people she did not know especially in small areas. Dr Jen walked in and immediately knew how to approach her. She worked with Maci and took her time. She let Maci get to know her, Maci growled but it didn't stop Dr Jen from earning Maci's trust! So my 9 month old yellow lab harley got hit by a truck she was in bad shape we rushed her down to Leola vet which is owned by the same people they advised us to get her over to manheim office due to the fact they didn't have the equipment to properly check her out the people manheim were above and beyond professional they rushed her right in and started looking her over the doctors were upfront and honest above everything I can't thank you people enough for all the hard work you did for harley she is doing great today almost... read more
