Curtis has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and handles multiple tasks with ease and professionalism. What really stands out is how genuinely he cares about our HOA. Curtis treats it as if he were a member of the community himself. In my 39 years living here, I’ve never seen another management company come close to the level of service and dedication that Curtis provides. I truly appreciate all that he does for us.
For the past 2 years, I have been calling and emailing the management. The only thing that I want is to know how I should pay my HOA dues. Every time they told me they have collected my information wrote down my message and would have someone in charge call me. But I have never received any phone call from them. I'm so upset about this. Why making a payment is so difficult!!!

The worst HOA I have ever delt with. The person I’ve delt with the most (Curtis) just constantly says he’ll look into stuff but never returns with any info. He’s actually one of the five star reviews below. Reviewing his own company? This company is a joke. Just another scam HOA. I am very lucky not to own this condo. There are rodents in the walls, faulty pipes and cracked concrete. Among other problems. Stay far away from these properties.
I've had the pleasure of referring individuals to Manhattan Pacific who have said nothing but great things about their interactions. Curtis does an excellent job of communicating and is great to work with. I highly recommend them.
