Terrible experience they were an hour late they lied about what they could do in the appointment didn’t give me what I paid for and finally had to bring in the bank and report them to BBB don’t come here worst excuse for a “dermatologist” who I had more knowledge than and terrible staff their pathetic phones don’t even work
I called in multiple times to get directions as I was a new patient and nobody answered the phone lines for over 20 minutes on a weekday at 10:30 AM. Therefore, I was late because I could not find the office. I was finally able to get on call with somebody and I asked them if it was worthwhile for me to still go in and if I could be seen. They said to come in, but I would have to wait. OK I was willing to wait. I came in and upon arrival the front desk assistant went to check in with the PA I was scheduled to see. i have purchased and been charged for an item from their skincare line GLOW MD - it has been over 3 weeks and my item is still sitting with no sign of movement/shipping, and no communication. i have emailed, and called the office with no reply whatsoever.
Edit***** Even after a response, zero accountability from MBD. My insurance company has been fighting charges for a year w/out my knowledge b/c this office should have informed us of this change. Patients beware. This office will not inform you of changes & hope that this office kickbacks were worth patient care & information that should be discussed & disclosed.
