Very friendly. i like getting the same hygenist every time. I also like that Dr. Brot and my hygenist make an attemp to remember little details of my life to ask how things are going.
After my family and I have been patients for over four years, I was running late due to construction at the stadium for my filling appointment. I was parking in their parking lot when they called me and told me they would not be able to see me and I would need to reschedule. I was six minutes late. I am mother of three, including a newborn, and have NEVER been later in over four years to an appointment (I drive from out of town even!). Friendly and helpful...all the staff. Best dentist i have ever been to on care and communication. i am 65...best ever.
Had them reattach a crown last year and charged me a ridiculous $258 for 5 min of work. 15 months later the crown falls off and they inform me that they will not honor their $258 hack job. I would only recommend going here if you don't mind paying a $3096 hourly rate on a job that barely holds up for a year.
Dr Brott it's clean n very short wait time
My Joy, i was able to get my teeth cleaned on schedule after the shut down....I have yet to get a haircut! The office staff is friendly and always welcoming, I am not fearful but I am sure they help calm those who are nervous. Dr. Brott is professional, kind, gentle, and willing to laugh at something funny. He must treat his staff well, many of them have been there as long as I have been a patient. Had a slight dental emergency. I was a new patient but they were able to get me in and repair the tooth quickly! All the staff was incredibly helpful and kind!
Dr. Brott is very kind and has always done a wonderful job with my teeth and my family. I went in today and the business is practicing social distancing and felt very safe there. I would recommend this practice for children and adults. They make everyone feel comfortable.
