Most vets are already nice and pet friendly but MCS take it to another level. Great prices and wonderful staff.
Very bad experience here today. I had a 2:00 appointment that they completely forgot about. But they didn't tell me for 20 minutes while I sat in the waiting room with my two cats. Offered to reschedule me for next week. Very unprofessional. We'll go somewhere else
THe entire practice is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door. I would not let anyone else treat my cats. Dr. Sheheri is a superb diagnostician and is compassionate. I never felt like my cats were subjected to unnecessary testing. My cats never received anything other than the best care. The vet techs really know cats. They care and you are in the best hands.
Manhattan cat has been sold to a large company in Philadelphia, Dr Plotnick sold it and left the practice. They basically are there to only make$$. They are over testing, over prescribing and selling cat food. There has been a large turnover in vets. One vet there is so barbaric Dr Kathy Sevalla, she took blood from my 16 year old cat through his jugular vein, I kid you not. She also knew my cat had kidney disease that was being managed, he was doing well and had a few more ...Continue Reading
Everyone at MCS are fantastic. The doctors took time to explain everything to my husband and I, and my cat Latte is always putty in their vet techs hands, especially Gil's. My cat loves them and so do we!
