The wait time was horrible. They asked me to arrive 30 minutes before my visit and I arrived on time. I waited an extra hour until I was seen. Meanwhile, they were seeing other clients that came 30-45 minutes after my time. If they want to charge a $50 cancelation fee then we should hold them accountable for our time as well. Very unprofessional to over book appointments or maybe its something else...
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dermatologist, the most incompetent office, and the person who had the appointment after me said the same thing didn’t even get a prescription when I left. Had to call the bank for a refund. Saw the doctor for maybe five minutes who did absolutely nothing I knew nothing about medicine I knew more than he did. Great doctor! Terrific bedside manner, takes time to explain things thoroughly. I never have to wait long to be seen and, as usual, a great doctor usually has a great staff. Dr. Rackett is the 4th dermatologist I have seen in the last 10 years and I think I have finally found the right one. On my initial exam, Dr. Rackett found a mole on my side that I told him had changed shape over the years. Dr Rackett is fantastic. I’m a long time patient and am always impressed by his care and talent. His staff is great too - always a good experience.
