I had an appointment with Dr. Rackett and called the office to let them know I would be about 15 minutes late because a work meeting had run over. Reception told me that the dermatologist had set aside a specific amount of time for my appointment and that I would need to reschedule. I understood and rescheduled the appointment for a couple of days later. I attended the rescheduled appointment and paid my bill in full for the procedure at the office. My appointment was cancelled on arrival because I was 10 minutes late. How many times did I wait in the room/lobby for my appt, a bit unfair.

The Dr was great! But the staff was very rude and there were many HIPPA violations, I was undressed and other nurses could walk by because my nurse just left the door open. When I went to check out the “biller” just wanted all of the money not my copay and I asked if I would get back the difference after billing, I have great Insurnace, and her reply was prob not hun. Just so unprofessional! Again the Dr was awesome but not the staff.
