Aweful place. Staff is uncaring about everything. Tow truck comes through every night and will tow your car even if you are living there or even if you are in guest parking then you will have to pay $200 just to get your car back even though you live there.
If you don’t mind listening to your neighbors every move then go ahead. I can even hear their phone vibrating on the nightstand and private time. Parking is horrible. I have to hurry home from work to get an ok parking spot if not I have to walk super far. Very cheaply made paper thin walls. Rude office staff. Oh and they are currently building more apartments in the back side.. which will make parking even worse. Love the layout of the apartment I have a two bedroom two bath.. very specious and all.. but that’s about it.
everything to do with automobiles (driving, parking, entering and exiting the complex) can be and IS horrible. My family came close to having a head on multiple times while leaving or entering the complex, because of the blocked vision that is the HUGE brick wall on the right side of the entrance. people fly through and don't pay attention. There have been multiple VERY close calls at the entrance. The management and staff are wonderful though, and the apartments are very nice. The neighbors are also very nice.
RecommendedJust recently moved into our first home, and yeah of course it's a dream come true, but Manhattan Apartments served a great purpose for the time we were there. What really made it is the helpfulness of Jamie & Staff. They truly have a lot going on, but they are doing everything they can to ensure the people that live/want to live here have a great stay. Cheap rent is due to the cheap build. You will hear everything your neighbors do and vice versa.
The Office Staff Is Very Unprofessional The Manager Herself Is Rude. She Is Always Texting While She's Talking To A Resident. They Need To Get A New Manager.
The Manager jaime is very rude. I went in to put a Application and she was on her phone the whole time not even showing no interest
The leasing staff are always helpful and my apartment is perfect. It's brand new construction in best school district.
