I've had three experiences with mangy moose. The first I got a pretty good cut at. The second, I could tell the hair stylist was very new and nervous and I didn't love my cut as much but it was fine. This most recent time I had an appointment scheduled to get my undercut touched up, and they apparently have no stylists in and gave no notification to the fact that my appointment would not be able to be fulfilled. I should not find out that my appointment is canceled by a sticky note on the locked door.

I had the most unprofessional experience at this salon. Jill, the owner had been doing my hair for about 6 months prior and I had never had any issues until last week. I witnessed her cuss and mistreat 2 of her stylists in front of clients. After she behaved this way, she made one of stylists cry and all 3 of them went to the back to argue and left 3 of us clients sitting in the chairs listening to them arguing and yelling at each other.
