First class company with outstanding customer service. Mangum's did carpeting and flooring for us. I was impressed by the quality of work and the owner's attention to customer satisfaction. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.
Great Price! Great Carpets! Excellent Service! – Recently we considered going with "Empire Today" because of all their commercials. Very high pressure to sign the contract, get the carpeting installed as soon as possible... Decided against it. We've done business with Mangum's 3 times, and each time was a great experience. Outstanding Firm – Mangum’s installed carpeting for us in 1988 and the results were so satisfactory and long-lasting that I returned when we remodeled the basement. I cannot say enough for their customer service. They stand behind their products and really go the extra mile.
Fabulous Customer Service – I was unbelievably impressed with the customer service at Mangums. They are a family business and took the time to help me pick out flooring to suit my needs, measured, and installed my floors in a timely fashion. I am a young female homeowner who is very cautious and careful that I don't get taken advantage of (which has happened many times.) I will always use Mangums for my flooring and carpeting needs and highly recommend them.
