As close to authentic Mexican food as you can get. I should know, I grew up in a family of Mexicans eating real Mexican food. Some of the food is a little Americanized because they try and accommodate those who think Paradiso and Taco Bell are Mexican food. But overall, if the wait staff can hold an entire conversation in Spanish with me, the food is going to be pretty decent.
So after being disappointed with the "Mexican restaurants" in Fargo, a co-worker told me about Mangos. I decided to take his advice and I just finished eating. I am thrilled to have finally found an Authentic Mexican restaurant in town. The food is absolutely delicious. The chips and salsa are amazing. We had good service as well. The food comes out hot, fresh, and quick. The prices are great as well. I will definitely be calming down my Mexican food cravings by coming here. Well done!
