heard of it from a American, so i went there to check it out to bring my girl friend from florida when we visit in September. cashier was not friendly, not a good environment for a dinner date, because music is too loud, food wasnt worth the price, flies was around the restaurant, in the dinning area, will not be planning any future visit ,
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT!!The waiter was not the best. He was slow and acted if he had no clue about anything and the food took 50 minutes to be served. There were no clean glasses or silverware and my party and I ended up eating with cheap plastic ware!! He told two women in my party that the Jerk chicken wasn’t real spicy, and it was so spicy, it was inedible for them. I had to wait a hour for a veggie plate and it still wasn’t good
food was great, however the waitress wasn't the best.
After waiting 55 minutes for my food I was I formed that the chef had to cook more pasta. Had I been informed of that fact I would have ordered something else. I paid for my drink and left. I would never return
love the one on Auburn Ave. However, customer service on newly opened Ralph David horrible and totally unprofessional!
