The food was ok, it took 50 mins for the waitress to bring it out. She didn't check on us at all. The customer service sucked the first time also but the good was much better at night. We won't be going back. So many other guests sent their food back. It was just horrible
I was there almost an hour sitting at a table before the waitress came over to get our drinks and then after that we had a long wait for our food not as long as the first hour but I think that they need to really improve on the waitresses because you see them over there lollygagging laughing and talking but not paying attention to the patrons that were sitting there waiting for service they need to get some work done in regard to their service.....but their food was good
I discovered this place on Groupon. I wish I could give this place negative stars. The service is horrible! Not so much as a hello from the wait staff. I had to flag someone down just to order a beverage. The food took almost an hour to arrive. The time passed quickly because I was with friends. The food was decent enough. Certainly not worth the long wait. I will not return.
I ordered curry goat and waited 45min for them to tell me they were out but I was well compensated when I had to change my order to ox tails
Go here often...the service not so good, slow, and quiet hectic at timez. .food has always been good and spicy...don't go between 12and 2..the dine in time is hectic...nor call doing these times for carry out, your call will go unanswered...I asked the cashier why no one answered my call when I called and another customer was asking the samething...we were told when they getting slammed they don't have time to answer...I said well that's not good customer service as well as not good for business ....you guys need a new proce... read more
This is the best Caribbean restaurant in town�stop by and show them some love.
The food was amazing. The girl who worked the counter was sooo sweet and patient. We went on a crowded night so some were angry. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 because the line cook walked away when it got intense. But the owner went above and beyond the call plus it was a saturday night so of course it was packed. Its a great place to eat and listen to good music
