I went to Mangold Ford for the first time Wednesday night. I originally contacted Nick via email. He was off when I was able to get in there, but Tommy greeted me at the door and assisted me. Both of these gentlemen were exceptional in helping me find the vehicle of my needs. They both listened, and didnt push me into something that wasn't right for me. Went above and beyond to make sure the 2010 Nissan Sentra we purchased was safe and ready to drive for my family. Changed my experience and opinion on buying cars when having dealt with other dealerships that aren’t honest, aren’t helpful and don’t care once papers are signed.
