This place is horrid. Since Patricia left the whole place went down hill. The receptionist is extremely rude and impatient, and who knows when you’ll get to see the NP as bookings are so scattered and availability is all over the place. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Edit to also mention the fact that the new NP also has a tendency of being rude, and very dismissive of your issues. Every time you talk to her you feel rushed or like your problems aren’t important.
When they were in kitchner patricia was the best and now they bring a beast with her beast receptionist cant wait to change family doctor shes is extremely unexperienced and rude
When I first registered with this clinic, the NP at the time (Patricia) was absolutely fantastic - I always felt heard, understood and supported. After she left and Michelle Godin came on, the experience was horrible. She was dismissive, judgemental and rude. She completely dismissed me while I was going into a mental health crisis stating something to the effect of "just because you're stressed out..."
