Just OK It's a nice store and all--even though I liked the original location better--but it's just missing something for me. The prices are too expensive, there's not much selection and the store just seems kind of empty. It's like a nice take on a hippie clothing store like Free People but without as much selection or sizes.
Fun to browse I really enjoy the selection of clothing and jewelry at Mango. It is always worth stopping in when I am on Germantown avenue. The items are on the expensive side, but if you are in the mood to splurge on a unique item, then this is a great place to start.
Its my daughter's favorite store so I know she's biased but when I asked her what I should get her mother for her birthdaqy she said "get her anything at Mango, Dad, she'll be happy". I did and my daughter was right. Mango is a local landmark.
Exotic Style Mango has a very good exotic style for young people today. They have many diffrent types of jewlery, clothes, and hats, as well as other gifts. Everyone I know loves to shop there and so do I.
Unique, but expensive This store appeals to the earthy/hippie set. The clothes are gorgeous, Indian-inspired women's apparel, but rather pricey. Even the sale items I find to be a bit high, but if you don't mind splurging you can get some beautiful, unique fashions. The store also carries smaller items (not so expensive) such as nice silver jewelry, cards, buttons, bumperstickers, bags, etc.
