Mediterranean chicken was so good, and the pan seared cod salad was amazing...but the GF carrot cake...YUM!
My family discovered them at the St. Pete gluten free expo that we were also set-up at with our business. Had such a delicious lunch while there that we decided to drive to the restaurant and have lunch the next day before heading home. Atmosphere was very relaxing with the live music and both the food and staff were wonderful. I have severe food allergies and highly recommend their menu!!
Fresh, healthy, yummy food, fab waitress, sitting outside in February while Kids wave passing by on bikes. What more do you need?

Went to this restaurant because I saw the sign out front saying gluten free. This is a fabulous place to eat. Fresh ingredients and friendly people. Food is do very good.
This is absolutely one of my favorite places in Pinellas County! Extremely friendly staff and delicious menu (especially if you look for healthy and yummy) I love sitting outside in the courtyard for coffee/tea study time or lunch with family or with my husband hearing a neat band, like Urban Gypsies. Thank you Jill, your mom and staff for serving us so well.
This is the best kept secret in greater St Pete, amazing food, gluten free, and vegan dishes for those who wish, but they also have a full menu. Desert is to live for. It's our favorite place to go,,,, did I say the food was great, healthy too. *****
I've enjoyed all the musical artists that I've seen there...and the food is great......comfortable place to bring your friends and chill.....
